Sustainability is at the core of what we do at POSTER101™. Our posters are printed on FSC-certified paper, and our frames are made from FSC-certified pine wood, supporting responsible forestry. We use eco-friendly, non-toxic inks to ensure our products are safe for both you and the planet. Additionally, for every poster sold, we plant two trees through OneTreePlanted, contributing to global reforestation projects in regions like the Amazon, Asia, North America, and Europe. Printing & Framing
For Framed Posters: Our framed posters arrive pre-placed within their frames. Each frame is securely packaged with protective corners and bubble wrap, then placed inside a sturdy box with reinforced edges. For extra support, we use I-beams, especially for multi-item orders (up to three frames per package).
For Unframed Posters: All unframed posters are carefully rolled and shipped in durable mailing tubes to ensure safe delivery. This packaging provides maximum protection during transit, so your art arrives in perfect condition.
Our posters are produced in over 16 countries, including Ireland, Denmark, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Norway, China, Italy, Canada, the United States, Spain, Switzerland, Singapore, Sweden, France, Australia, and Germany. To reduce our carbon footprint and ensure faster delivery, we produce and ship from the nearest location to you. Sustainable products lose their impact if they travel long distances, so this approach helps us deliver eco-friendly, high-quality art to your door efficiently.
Our posters are printed using modern fine art printing techniques with archival-quality inks that are durable and fade-resistant, ensuring your artwork retains its vibrant colors over time. We partner with global print experts to deliver museum-quality prints on premium paper, providing exceptional detail and longevity.
We offer artwork sizes in both centimeters and inches. Orders shipped to the USA and Canada will receive sizes in inches, while orders to the rest of the world will be in centimeters. Sizes may vary slightly depending on the region to best fit local framing standards.
Shipping & Delivery
Once your order has been dispatched, the quickest way to resolve delivery issues is to contact the carrier directly. You’ll find the carrier’s contact information in the shipping confirmation email we sent you. If you continue to experience difficulties, feel free to reach out to our customer happiness team at support@poster101.com, and we’ll assist you further.
For orders above €150, shipping is free for all locations. For orders below €150, shipping costs vary depending on the product size, style, and destination. Exact rates will be calculated at checkout, but here’s a general range for selected destinations:
- United States: $4.92 - $20.19
- Europe: €5.10 - €19.30
- Germany: €4.33 - €9.18
- United Kingdom: £3.72 - £10.72
- Canada: CA$6 - CA$48
- Australia: AU$7.91 - $23.79
We ship globally. To ensure fast delivery and reduce our carbon footprint, we produce and ship from the nearest of our 16+ production facilities worldwide.
To ensure faster delivery, we produce and ship your order from the facility closest to you among our 16+ worldwide locations. Delivery times vary depending on product size, style, and destination. Here’s a general estimate for selected destinations in business days:
- United States: 3-6 business days
- Europe: 3-5 business days
- Germany: 2-5 business days
- United Kingdom: 2-5 business days
- Canada: 4-6 business days
- Australia: 3-5 business days
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email, which will include a tracking link. This allows you to follow your parcel’s progress until it reaches you.

The quickest way to get an update on your order is by contacting our customer happiness team at support@poster101.com. We are available Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM and typically respond within 2–3 business days. Please note that we send regular updates via email, but sometimes these can land in your spam or junk folder, so be sure to check there first.
You can make changes to your order up until it ships. Please keep in mind that any modifications may affect the delivery time. If you need to update your shipping address or make other adjustments, contact our support team at support@poster101.com while your order is still in our warehouse. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request before the order is processed.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be absolutely satisfied with your wall art, but we understand that sometimes unexpected situations occur. If you decide not to keep your poster, you may return it unused and in its original packaging within 30 days. As a small independent startup, customers are responsible for return shipping costs for unwanted items. You can find more details in our Return & Refund Policy.
Our posters are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition, but if damage occurs, please inspect the product within 14 days of delivery and let us know right away. Kindly document the damage to both the poster and the packaging. We’ll arrange for a free replacement to be sent to you as quickly as possible.
